Upon inspection, we were told our chimney flue was awkward so we were keen to have a professional & qualified stove fitter to install a Chilli Penguin stove in our house. TLC were recommended to us by our local fireplace shop. TLC managed to rectify our flue and our wood burning stove was then installed.
